With modern machining centers (5-axis, table size ø 850 mm) as well as on CNC turning (ø20 to 550 mm) and milling machines, we manufacture customized quality products for you. The computer-based machine programming, the most modern measuring technology and the know-how of our qualified employees lead to the best possible results.
All our processes are subject to continous quality assurance and ensure consistenly high delivered quality.
Program:
- Milling and turning parts from prototypes to medium batch sizes
- We have all the usual surface treatments such as burnishing, nitriding, hardening and anodizing carried out by selected partners
- 5-axis simultaneous machining
The execution of the orders can be carried out either with raw material procurement provided by us or our customers. We also assume hardness and surface treatment of your components.
